The buck pictured below was, I’m told, shot on the Jicarilla Reservation in New Mexico. Long noted for its excellent elk hunting, the Jicarilla obviously hosts some monstrous mule deer as well....

Wednesday, January 27th, 2010Last week while in Las Vegas for SHOT Show 2010, I had the opportunity to attend the Moose Awards. This is a live awards show by the Outdoor Channel showcasing the best shows on the Outdoor Channel. The event was held at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.
After the show Ted Nugent did a concert. It was great. Ted did an awesome performance and it just got better and better as the show went on. For just three guys up on stage, they put on quite a live show. Ted is a master guitarist and I was really impressed with his base player. That dude could play and also sing. Great show.

Predator Quest Takes Best Show

David King and Les Johnson with Les’ Best Show AwardAt SHOT Show 2010 Les Johnson, host of Predator Quest TV, was awarded BEST SHOW on the Sportsman Channel. Les came by the booth and shared with us the award as King’s Camo is a sponsor for Les and the Predator Quest TV program.
Les is a professional coyote caller and one of the top predator hunters in the industry today. Les uses King’s Camo exclusively and you can see firsthand just how effective King’s Desert Shadow and King’s Snow Shadow Camo are when calling coyotes on Predator Quest TV.
Congratulations to Les Johnson for winning Best Show. You guys/gals must like it too!
SHOT Show Booth Setup
Tuesday, January 26th, 2010We just got back from SHOT Show 2010 held in Las Vegas at the Sands Convention Center. We had a great show and some really positive feedback and support from customers, sponsors, dealers, media, etc.
King’s Camo will have some new updated products for 2010 that I will be posting on a little later. Once again, King’s Camo patterns are a strong force in the camouflage industry and the popularity continues to grow stronger and stronger.
